The Foundation primarily awards disaster relief grants to employees of Williams-Sonoma, Inc. who are needy or distressed due to disasters and awards matching gifts to nonprofit organizations on behalf of employees. The Foundation also provides grants for purposes including support towards healthy children/healthy mothers, education, healthy home (includes disaster relief, homelessness), LGBTQ issues, racial equity, gender gap
