DUE TO EXPENDITURE RESPONSIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, GIFTS WILL NOT BE MADE TO "FISCAL SPONSORS", PRIVATE FOUNDATIONS OR SUPPORTING ORGANIZATIONS (I.E. A SECTION OF 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION WITH FURTHER DESIGNATION UNDER SECTION 509(A)(3)). HOWEVER, GIFTS CAN BE GIVEN DIRECTLY TO THE SUPPORTED ORGANIZATION.
