RestrictionsOne-half of the Foundation's yearly grants must be made to the Boys and Girls Club of Sonoma Valley, CA. The other half must be given to 501(c)(3) organizations serving the youth of Sonoma Valley. No grants may be made to organizations affiliated with a public or private school.
