ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE TAX EXEMPT UNDER SECTION 501(C)(3) OF THE INTERNAL REVENUE CODE AND MUST BE CLASSIFIED AS NOT A PRIVATE FOUNDATION" UNDER SECTION 509(A) OF THE CODE. APPLICANTS MUST WAIT THREE YEARS FROM APPROVAL OF THEIR MOST RECENT GRANT BEFORE APPLYING AGAIN. APPLICANTS THAT ARE NOT FUNDED ALSO MUST WAIT THREE YEARS BEFORE RE-APPLYING.
